I availed in person sessions from Sinumol for a month. She's quite knowledgeable and suggested asanas based on my progress. She is quite punctual and ensures that classes were conducted timely

Sanjana has been my strength trainer in the afternoons and she has been really great so far. She checks on me regularly, understands what is happening in my week, and gives very useful advice. What I really like is that she is very adaptive and flexible. Some weeks I have running, cricket, work, tiredness, or other personal things happening, so we don’t follow one fixed rigid plan. She adjusts the training based on how I am feeling and what my body can handle that week. That makes it easier for me to stay consistent without feeling too much pressure. She is supportive, practical, and genuinely wants to help. I would definitely recommend her.
